The slanted neck and flat top allow for Socket Countersunk Screws to lay flush with the fastened surface or raised when paired with a Cup\/Countersunk Washer. These Socket Countersunk Screws are made from PEEK, which is ideal for use in demanding applications since PEEK has excellent thermal and chemical resistance, as well as a high degree of mechanical strength and stiffness. The material flammability standard of PEEK is UL94 V-0 and the continuous use temperature for this material is 180°C. These Socket Countersunk Screws have been precision manufactured in house from PEEK UL94 V-0 using state of the art CNC Machines to DIN 7991.
